Caleb & Madison
Caleb & Madison
Have you ever thought of a hurricane bringing two people together??
Back in October of 2016 Caleb clicked on Facebook that he was safe in the hurricane. Madison clicked the like button and that is when their story began.
Caleb was an answer to Madison's prayers as Madison was an answer to Caleb's mama's prayers.
They both have a heart ❤️ as big as the sea and love for each other that is unmeasurable.
Madison and Caleb will continue to write their love story at The Blessed Barn in April 2019 when they say, I Do.
We are so blessed to be a part of their amazing love story and to see the plan that God has for their life together.
Coltin & Lindsey
Coltin & Lindsey
Coltin & Lindsey’s love story started with a middle school crush many years ago. The two began dating when they were just 14 & 15 years old and have been in love ever since.
Seven years later, Coltin popped the question during a weekend getaway to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Of course Lindsey said “yes” to spending forever with the man she’s loved for so long.
The couple will get married in May 2019.
We are so blessed to be a part of Colton and Lindsey's story.
Grayson & Hunter
Grayson & Hunter
What a beautiful love story and we are so blessed to be a part of it.
May, 2019.
We had met before through mutual friends but it wasn’t until November of 2015 that Hunter decided to ask me out to dinner one night. We hung out for about two weeks before he asked me to be his girlfriend and we have been inseparable ever since. On November 16, 2018 just a week shy of our 3 years, Hunter popped the question while we were having our pictures made where he had strung lights in the trees and hung pictures of us from over the years on them. Of course I said yes!
We are so excited to be married and start this new journey in our lives and are so grateful to have found everything we wanted in a venue at The Blessed Barn.

Josh & Kalissa
Josh & Kalissa
A beautiful love story.
On June 4th, 2011, I met Josh for the very first time at my cousins birthday party in Whiteville, NC. We talked a little, laughed a little, flirted a little and shared our contact information with each other. We kept in touch over the years. And then on June 28, 2017 our love story started up again and began our dating chapter on July 5, 2017!
We have been inseparable ever since and love spending every second together. On June 25, 2018 we welcomed our precious daughter Kailey into the world! Life really changed for us but only for the better!
For my 24th birthday, Josh popped the big question and our love story really grew! I most definitely know God had his hands on our relationship starting back on June 4, 2011. Everything has fallen into place perfectly and when God knew the time would be right. We can’t wait to continue writing our love story in November 2019 with our big “I Do” chapter!

Layton & Jessica
Layton & Jessica
Going all the way back to the 6th grade, Layton and Jessica have been apart of each others lives. Dating all the way through 10th grade.
Even being voted Prom Prince and Princess in middle school and high school.
After high school Layton joined the Marines and spent six years traveling the world and fighting for our country. While Jessica remained in Aynor where she worked and spent time with her friends and family.
Even though they were no longer dating they remained friends. Layton and Jessica talked and facetimed every chance they got while he was deployed.
Even though they thought they were just remaining friends by keeping in touch, little did they know that the friendship they were building with evey message or phone call would lead them to a lifetime of memories.
After six years of being "just friends" Layton and Jessica found their way back to each other and rekindled their flame.
Jessica's fairytale came true on October 16, 2018 when her Prince got down on one knee and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him. Of course she said "YES!" and in the fall of 2019 this Prince and Princess will become husband and wife at The Blessed Barn.
We are so excited to see them continue to write their love story together.
Walt & Hillary
Walt & Hillary
Hillary and Walt began dating when they were freshmen in high school. They dated almost 2 years but ended up traveling down different paths.
They reconnected 4 years later in college and have been inseparable ever since.
After dating 6 years, Walt pulled off a huge surprise proposal at Brookgreen Gardens Night of a Thousand Candles.
Hillary and Walt are so excited to start their forever at The Blessed Barn in November 2019.
We are so blessed to be a part of this special couples story!!
Matt & Erica
Matt & Erica
Matt and Erica met while working at Ocean Lakes campground 5 and a half years ago on October 26th, 2013.
She worked at the Grill inside the campground and he worked security. One night, as she was leaving work, he was outside waiting. Trying to be cool, he tried to sit on a stack of milk crates and ended up falling.
That was the first time Erica ever noticed Matt. A couple of days later, Matt asked her out on date.
These two fell in love within the first few months of dating.
On June 21, 2017 they welcomed the joy of our lives, Jaxson Taylor into the world.
On April 20, 2018 at the conclusion of Matt's graduation from the SC Criminal Justice Academy for Basic Detention, he proposed to Erica in front of his entire graduating class with our son in the audience.
The Blessed Barn is so excited to be a part of their love story as they tie the knot October, 2019.
Taylor & Coop
Taylor & Coop
Taylor and Coop met while playing on an adult league volleyball team in Greenville, SC. The volleyball season was a good way to get to know each other, and finally, near the end of the season, they went on their first date. The rest was history.
In March, Coop recruited Taylor's best friend, Jessie, to get her out of the house all morning and waited at her house until they came back. When they arrived back home, Taylor thought that her house had been broken into because a sign was on her front porch that was inside when she had left. She finally saw Coop waiting at the front door with a box of some of their memorable moments from the year. Then, Coop got down on one knee, and of course Taylor said YES.
We can't wait to let the celebration continue on October 2019.
Andrew & Summer
Andrew & Summer
We are so excited to be a part of Andrew and Summer's story.
They will say their "I Do's" at The Blessed Barn October, 2019.
Our incredible journey started in 2016. We had known of each other for awhile, but never got the chance to actually meet until one day he FINALLY asked to go out on a date. Our first date , we went on the boat and had an amazing day together. We were together for awhile but life got so busy for the both of us we took some time apart. Not even 4 months later we were back together and realized we were meant to be. Almost a year later we found out we were having a beautiful little girl. We were ecstatic and we know things don’t always go as planned but that was God's way of saying, you guys are going to be fantastic parents because you’re already fantastic partners. We are soulmates and we can’t wait for our forever together!
Sean & Rebekah
Sean & Rebekah
Sean and Rebekah met and fell in love almost instantly.
It didn't take long until he decided to pop the question and of course she said yes to the man of her dreams.
Rebekah says, God most definitely brought us together and we fall in love deeper and deeper every day and we are very excited to start a life and family together.
We will be tying the knot at The Blessed Barn October 2019.
Jessica & Jamie
Jessica & Jamie
We love sharing love stories.
I had my eye on Jamie for a while as he worked at the grocery store that my mom always went to. He would always speak to us when we were there and I thought he was cute. One particular day, my mom and I were talking to some people we knew when Jamie came around the corner and ran right into a lady because he was looking at me. I later found out he had had his eye on me for a while too. A couple of weeks later, we started talking on the phone and spending time together. We have been inseparable since then.
He popped the question at my favorite place in Garden City with some family and friends hidden until the big moment. We are so excited to continue this journey at The Blessed Barn in April 2020
Rabon & Courtney
Rabon & Courtney
Rabon and Courtney are the very definition of high school sweethearts. After high school, these two went off to Clemson University where they grew together in their studies, their relationship with each other, and in Christ. After 5 years of dating, Rabon decided this was it. He planned the most magically day any girl could ask for. He took Courtney horseback riding in the mountains that overlook Lake Keowee, and then got down on one knee at Jumping Off Rock that overlooks Lake Jocassee. These two will begin their happily ever after in March 2020 at The Blessed Barn.
Dylan & Jessica
Dylan & Jessica
For Dylan and Jessica, it didn’t take long to know God had them waiting for each other. Through hardships and prayer, God brought them to each other and since then it’s been nothing but love. From the many laughs to tears to worshipping together, they knew this was what God had been preparing them for. On April 13th, Dylan purposed to the woman who makes him constantly smile, can brings him to his knees, and loves him unconditionally. A woman that shows the love that the gospel talks about and who builds him as he builds her. Of course for Jessica, she answered yes to the easiest question of her life. For her, Dylan was and always will be the testament of God’s faithfulness and unconditional love.
This is why they are so excited to become one under the eyes of God at The Blessed Barn on April 25, 2020.

WE LOVE BECAUSE HE FIRST LOVED US
1 JOHN 4:19
OUR LOVE STORY
I give all the credit to God and the Power of Prayer, for leading us to each other.
I always believe God places people in our life at the right moment.
Gods timing is always on time.
We met through a mutual friend September 2017. Joshua and I started talking through short and sweet texts, such as Good Morning or I hope you have a good day, or How was your day? and Good Night. Those lead to phone conversations weeks before we officially met. On October 5, 2017 we went on our first date just days after his birthday. He took me out on his motorcycle to dinner and we had one of our favorite things, Sushi. Then he surprised me with a sweet walk on the beach. We literally saw fireworks that night, over the ocean. Joshua was such a gentleman and so sweet, after our walk he washed the sand off my feet. Since that night we have been together ever since. Being a single mom we couldn't see each other as often as we would have liked. With my daughter in school, dance and sports. I had responsibilities and Paisley as my priority. Joshua understood completely. The latter part of October after lots of thinking and praying I knew in my heart he was the man God placed in my life. I then introduced him to my daughter, Paisley. They hit it off from the start with lots of giggles and jokes. She loves and adores Joshua, they are definitely two peas in a pod. It melts my heart to know he loves, adores and treats her as his own.
Every Spring and Fall I always have our photos taken but on April 20, 2019, that spring session was a little different. To my surprise, Joshua had some plans of his own, he put a lot of LOVE, THOUGHT and TIME in his planning. He contacted my photographer and during that photo session he waited for the right moment to ask me to marry him, I couldn't wait for him to stop talking so I could kiss him and say YES!!!!! That wasn't it, Joshua had something extra special in his plans, he also proposed to my daughter Paisley with her own rose gold ring. My eyes were filled with tears when my best friend asked me to spend forever with him, but in that moment when he included Paisley and also asked her I cried even more with so much happiness and joy.
Paisley then replied with a SURE!
We are so Blessed and can't wait to start this new life together as a family and see what God has planned for our future.
Thank you to The Blessed Barn for having us become one in Gods eyes on October 24, 2020....

Zachary & Vanessa
Zachary & Vanessa
Zachary & Vanessa met in the fall of their junior year in high school, soon after his family moved to Myrtle Beach from Florence, SC. Zachary sat right behind Vanessa everyday for a semester, but they never really talked. Once the semester was over, they both thought of each other often.
Vanessa finally gave in to curiosity and sent Zachary a message on Facebook. He replied pretty quickly, and over the next few days they talked a lot, and it felt so familiar...like they had been friends forever.
Zachary took Vanessa kayaking at Waccamaw River for their first date, and they have literally been inseparable ever since. They are truly best friends, and they came into each other's lives during a time when they both needed someone they could trust and talk to.
Over the past few years they have faced challenges and triumphs together. They really have something special, and it becomes apparent quickly after talking with them, or spending time with them.
Zachary pulled off a phenomenal proposal at Brookgreen Gardens last winter, during Nights of a Thousand Candles and Vanessa accepted.

Where dreams come true.
- Walt Disney
We are both currently juniors at Clemson University.
We met in 2012 (8th grade) at a summer camp at CCU.
We “reunited” almost 2 years later (10th grade) at a Green Sea Floyds vs Aynor football game. Blake was playing for Aynor, I was cheering for GSF.
We started dating about a month later on 10/26/2013.
We have now been together a little over 5 years.
Blake surprised me & popped the question on a family trip to Disney World in front of Cinderella’s castle on 1/18/2019.
We were taking pictures and he did it when I wasn’t paying attention and I started to walk away! Of course when he dropped down to one knee he lost all of his words!
So, he kept it simple and just said “Hey Kailey! Will you marry me??”
He had always joked about him dropping to one knee pretending to ask & then just tie his shoe instead, so I didn’t think he was serious at first and I told him “Get up, you are not doing the shoe thing!”
Then, of course I saw the ring & realized what was really happening!
We can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together!
Kailey & Blake will start their greatest adventure together December 2020.
Jodi & Jonathan
Jodi & Jonathan
We are so blessed to call Jodi and Jonathan family......
and now they will become a part of The Blessed Barn Family.
Jonathan and I met in April of 2009. We didn’t know each other at all.
We spent a few hours hanging out together. We had a good time but at the end of the night we didn’t exchange numbers.
A few days later I got call from a number I didn’t recognize, it was Jonathan. He got my number from a mutual friend. When I answered the phone all I heard was “this is Jonathan” and my phone shut off.
My phone was broken and I couldn’t call him back. I think it was the next day or so I finally was able to call him back.
We talked all night, and decided to go out again. We finally started dating then 7 months later he asked me to marry him.
It was just the two of us, no one else was there and we didn’t have a wedding.
Now, 10 years and two sweet baby boys later we are ready to have a wedding to renew our vows and celebrate our time together.

We are so blessed to welcome Taylor and Lucas to The Blessed Barn Family!!
Spring 2020
We spent two months apart in Africa doing missions.
I was in Zambia and Lucas was in Zimbabwe. During my trip in Zambia I lead teams on short mission trips and we got to take our teams to Victoria falls which is one of the 7 wonders of the world.
On my last trip to Victoria falls I was walking over the bridge and Lucas was standing there.
He surprised me at the falls and proposed to me right there. He then bought me a plane ticket to spend 7 days with him in Zimbabwe.
It was the most romantic way!
Everyone knew it was happening but me!

We became friends the beginning of our senior year and on October 11, 2016 he took me to the beach in Cherry Grove to ask me to be his girlfriend.
On August 3, 2019 he took me back to the same spot to ask me to be his wife!
We can’t wait to see what life has in store for us and we are looking forward to many, many years of love and happiness
Lorinda & Caid
Lorinda & Caid
But truly God has listened; He has attended to the voice of my prayer.
Psalm 66:19
God truly answers prayers!
If we had to describe our love story, we would both say that God sent us one another. I, Lorinda, prayed to God and asked him if he wanted me to be with anyone to please send me a clear sign and to please send me someone who will treat me right and love me unconditionally.
The next morning after I said my prayer, Caid reached out to me on my way to work at 6:30 AM. If you know Caid, he’s not normally out of the bed this early.
Caid asked me to dinner the following Wednesday night. As we begin to talk and get to know each other, we both decided that Wednesday was too far away and that we needed to meet sooner.
We began dating October 8th 2018 and haven’t looked back since. We can’t wait to say “I Do” May 2020.
We are so blessed to have Lorinda & Caid as a part of The Blessed Barn Family!

I had my eye on him since our sophomore year in high school! I was a cheerleader and he played on the football team.
Our senior year, our assigned seats were next to each other and he insisted we go to prom together. The rest is history! We have individually been through some very hard times but we always persevere because of one another and have built an amazing life together.
We now live in Conway and have an adorable fur-baby named Cash.
We can’t wait to start this journey to forever🙏🏻

I love our love story best.
We may not have the fairytale meeting each other, but it's our own little love story. Justin & I have known each other for 6 years now. We met online, talked for alittle & went our separate ways. A year later, at one of my lowest points in my life, Justin messages me out of the blue. We talked some more and he drove 10 hours to come get me, with the most beautiful bouquet of red roses, which made an amazing first impression. Since he came back into my life, instantly it was like we never were apart. 5 years & 4 kids later, our little love story continues to grow and get stronger as the years continue.
We are so blessed to have Alexandria, Justin and their sweet children as a part of The Blessed Barn family.

What a beautiful love story.......
Jason and I met this time last Fall. In the first few minutes of our very first conversation I asked him how old he was to which his response was: “how dare you?!” I thought it was so funny and laughed so hard! I knew at that moment we had very similar personalities and the same sense of humor. We went on our first date about a week later and have been inseparable ever since! Our personalities, mindsets and goals align perfectly. We are essentially one in the same, perfectly balanced.
Jason and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, fall weather, live music, playing tennis - which I’m terrible at, and most importantly, studying the word of God and growing in our spiritual walks with God together.
On the night he proposed he took me to the restaurant we went to on our first date. I made jokes the entire night about him proposing to me, having no earthly idea that he actually was. Infact, when he got down on one knee I thought he was joking until I saw the ring box in his sock. I was in total disbelief!! As soon as he proposed it began pouring down rain and we got completely soaked; a very “us” type thing to happen. It couldn’t have been more perfect!
We are so excited to embark on this new journey of our lives together. 10/2020

Amelia & Wesley
Amelia & Wesley
It’s a story of God’s faithfulness and His perfect timing.
Since we were both children, we both dreamed of getting married one day. We both dreamed of the day we’d meet “the one.” Little did we know the perfect timing that day would occur.
We both lived completely separate lives up until 2019. We grew up in different towns not too far from each other but never knew the other person existed. But God had His hand in our story the whole time.
We both went to separate colleges.
I graduated from Coastal Carolina University in December 2016 where I was friends with his close cousins through a Bible study, but I had no idea Wesley existed. The same time Wesley graduated from the University of South Carolina in December 2016, not knowing I existed. We still did not meet until 2 years later.
After graduating college, we both began our adult lives where Wesley started his career and I felt called to go on to more schooling to study medicine-another dream of mine! I, Amelia, blindly moved to West Tennessee and began a 15 month journey through a rigorous school program, which proved to be the greatest experience I could imagine. During this time, I realized even more than before just how much I longed to be a wife one day. It was my dream since I was a little girl. God was working on my heart in more ways that I could express. I prayed many mornings and nights for specific requests and characteristics for my future husband. My doubts of finding my future husband turned to hope. I prayed for God to work on my man’s heart wherever and whoever he was.
Well, on February 1st, 2019, we both met “the one.” Wesley Brewer was my answer to prayer and I was his answer to prayer. We began dating officially on March 2nd, 2019 and we both felt we had known each other our entire lives.
Through getting to know each other and pouring out our hearts, we found that specific prayers were answered very clearly. You see, God was working on Wesley’s heart at the specific time He was working on mine in 2018. Big changes took place in his life and he was praying for me at the same time. We both were reading the Bible and devotional books and writing notes in 2018 and we discovered we were praying and reading the same things on the exact same time frame. We both couldn’t believe how much we were both on the same page with our thoughts, values, and beliefs.
Being friends with his cousins at CCU and with the help of social media, Wesley decided he wanted to pursue me in February 2019. And the rest is history. His love for God and his “gentleman-like” personality captured my heart. It was as if all the puzzle pieces of our lives finally fit together more perfectly than either of us could fathom. We both knew shortly after we started dating that we wanted to get married. Therefore, on September 7, 2019, after 7 months of dating, and much detailed thought, Wesley knelt down on his knee in front of the most beautiful scenery of a cross and the marsh walk in Murrells Inlet, SC and asked me to marry him. He made me the happiest girl in the world that day and his smile said it all. Saying “yes” was the best decision of my life to date and Wesley is equally as excited for us to say “Yes to Forever” on March 2020.
Our goal is to be joined together with God as the center of our relationship and marriage as a cord of three strands: God, Wesley, and myself (Amelia)
Ecclesiastes 4:12 “Though one may be overpowered; two can defend themselves, but a cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

Jose and I met years ago at a small get together in high school. I was a freshman and he was a senior. It took months of us getting to know each other before we made it official but once we did, it became us against the world.
Fast forward almost 6 years, we’ve been through a lot both personally and in our relationship. Together, though, we have thrived and built the strongest friendship and the most honest bond of our lives.
We consider ourselves blessed to have found our soulmates so early in life. We’re excited for our future and the adventures that await but mostly we’re excited to grow together and become the best versions of ourselves.
Heres to our Heavenly Day,
October 2020 we’re coming for you!

Chloe & Luke
Luke and I met in 9th grade geometry class. After discovering that we had the exact same birthday and lived right around the corner from each other, we soon became best friends. The summer after 10th grade, we started dating and have been inseparable ever since. After we graduated high-school, I went off to nursing school and Luke joined the Marines. Over the 3 months that Luke was at boot camp, we wrote more letters than we can probably count. This time in our relationship was truly an example of God’s never-ending faithfulness and how He is constant even through the toughest of times. Even though we have distance between us, there are absolutely no words to describe the joy that is brought from doing life with your best friend. Luke and I are immensely blessed to have each other and are so excited for this next chapter. ❤️

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails...”
