Wedding Package

What is included in your wedding package?


* A time on our 32 acre farm for your bridal portrait session with your photographer

* Over 5000 square feet of covered and uncovered reception area

* Two beautiful rustic barns  (each barn is 30x48)
* A courtyard in the middle of the barns (30 x 60)
* Covered patio areas on each barn (each patio is 12x48)

* Access to "The Goody Barn" which is FULL of beautiful decorations: candles, lanterns, vintage furniture, greenery wall, whiskey barrels, signs, vases, shepherd hooks and MANY other items to help create your vision for your special day

* Bridal dressing area complete with private bathroom suite, two hair stylist chairs and makeup station

* Groom's dressing area complete with private bathroom suite

* Caterer’s prep area complete with commercial refrigerator, commercial warmer, three compartment sink,

small freezer and ample counter space

* Men’s and women’s handicapped- accessible restrooms

* Climate control for barns, dressing areas, prep area, and restrooms

* Several ceremony sites (the berm, the pasture, the old truck or find your special place)

* We provide a traditional set up for your outdoor ceremony area including 36 benches & your favorite arbor 

* We provide a traditional set up of tables and chairs to seat 168 (you can rearrange to suite your vision)

* 250 white chairs 
* 24 round white tables (60 in, seats 8 per table)
* 12 rectangle white tables (6ft, seats 8 per tables)
* 2 white washed farm tables ( each table is 10ft by 34 inches, seats 12 per tables)
* 7 stained farm tables (each table is 8ft by 30 inches, seats 8 per table)
* 36 stained wooden benches (8ft, seats 5 per bench)
* Bride & Groom stained sweetheart farm table (6ft)

Venue Coordinator Before and During your wedding

*A member from The Blessed Barn Team will be available to answer any venue related questions by phone, text or email

*Help you create your desired floorplan

*Assist with decorating ideas with our "Goody Barn" collection

*Will provide an extensive walk through and inspection of the property and venue before your rental

*Will periodically check in with you during your rental to offer assistants if needed

******Venue Coordinator and Weekend Wedding Coordinator are separate services.

Season discount 

$500 off of January & February two day weekend rentals for 2023 

                                                 

One Day Rental

Friday: 8am - 10pm $3250

Saturday: 8am - 10pm $3750

Sunday: 8am - 10pm $2900

Weekday (Monday-Thursday): 8am - 10pm $1800

10pm - midnight clean up only

With a one day rental you can reserve one hour on Thursday (if it is available) for your rehearsal

 

Two Day Weekend Rental

Friday and Saturday

$4500 (savings of $2500)

8am - 10pm on Friday & Saturday         

10pm - midnight clean up only

Couples LOVE our two day weekend package!

With your two day package you will have the opportunity to decorate,

have your rehearsal and your rehearsal supper at the venue on Friday.

On your wedding day you can make final touches and enjoy your day

spending time with your wedding party getting ready in your bridal and grooms suite.

 

(A deposit of 1/3 of the rental is required when you book your date)




Additional services that are offered by The Blessed Barn:

  • In House Weekend Wedding Coordinator $500
  • In House Clean Up $350
  • White Table Clothes $14 each and Napkins $1.25 each
  • Vintage dish set (dinner plate, dessert plate, mason jar, fork & spoon) $3.00 per place setting
  • In House Hair and Makeup Artist  TBD
  • Golf Cart Rental $75 per day


We also offer weekday and Sunday hourly rentals for birthday parties, bridal showers, 

proms, corporate events, Christmas parties, etc

Our five hour rental includes:

One barn

tables & chairs to set 100

prep-kitchen area

restrooms and trash disposal 

for $350


 



Payment Schedule and Deposit

To secure your date you must summit a signed agreement, pay your deposit of 1/3 of your rental cost, and create your payment plan.

Your payments can be broken into 3 payments divided by the months from the month that you sign your contract/deposit to the month prior to your wedding day

OR

You can pay monthly payments from the month that you sign your contract/deposit to the month prior to your wedding day.

Final payment including "extras" must be paid in full 

30 days prior to your wedding day.


  • 2-Day Rentals: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Consecutive Days (with cleanup until 12AM)
  • 1-Day Rentals: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM           (with cleanup until 12AM)

Liability Insurance

A special event liability insurance policy is required to host a wedding/event at The Blessed Barn. This insurance protects you and your guests if you are held liable for property damage or bodily injury. It will also cover any unforeseen circumstances associated with your special day. 

It is not expensive and is worth every penny.

Neighbors

All of our neighbors are family and friends. Most of our neighbors have horses, cattle, and other animals. Our neighbors and their animals are very important to us.


We hold events on our farm with our neighbors in mind. We ask that you/guest drive slow and with caution as you are coming to and from our farm. We ask that you be mindful of loud noise that may disrupt our neighbors or scare their animals.


This is also a working farm. Please help us preserve the natural beauty of our barns and our farm.

Setting Up for Your Event

Use your creativity to set up for your special day.  

Our tables will always be set up in our "traditional set-up" however you can create your 

own floor plan and design to suite your vision.

You are more than welcome to bring in family, friends, wedding coordinator, designer, etc. to help you.

Cleaning Up After the Event

The renter is responsible for leaving the barns, dressing area, prep area, and property in the same condition in which it was found.


The Blessed Barn Team also offers there cleaning services.

Decorating Policy

We want your event to be beautiful. You can bring in your own decorations or hire a decorator. The Blessed Barn will offer decorations to be used at your event with no additional charge.

DJ, Band or Music

You may use the DJ or band of your choice.

All county noise ordinances must be followed. 

All music must stop at 10:00 PM.

Cancelation Policy

If The Blessed Barn is unable to fulfill this obligation for any reason under this contract, for reasons beyond their control, tornado, hurricane, fire damage, medical pandemic, etc. the renters and The Blessed Barn will decide on a future date. There will be no refund.

 In the event that the renter cancels the event, there will be no refund.

Catering

You may use any caterer you wish. You may want to use a full service caterer or do-it-yourself family meal. Our prep area is not to be used for cooking but for prep only.

Smoking Policy

There will be no smoking inside the barns, dressing areas, bathrooms, or prep areas. We will desginate a smoking area outside. Please remember that we are a working farm with hay and cattle.

Wedding Day Coordinator 

One of our goals at The Blessed Barn is to offer services that will help make a 

bride & grooms special day less stressful.

We offer an in house Wedding Day Coordinator. 

This will help give you the peace of mind that all the details will come together as you have envisioned.


Services before the wedding: consultation with bride & groom *phone/text/email availability 

 *create a timeline for rehearsal & ceremony *correspond with other vendors *direct the rehearsal

Services on wedding day: I will arrive two hours prior to ceremony time & stay until your timeline is complete 

*pin on boutonnieres *make sure bridesmaids receive bouquets *act as contact person to other vendors 

*direct the ceremony processional *assist the wedding party, family & wedding guest as needed


Tablecloths & Napkins

We will offer white tablecloth and white napkin rentals.

Vintage Dishes

We love the vintage yet elegant look of our mix and match vintage dishes.

Your vintage place setting will include:

dinner plate, dessert plate, fork, spoon and mason jar

There will be an additional fee for the rental of our vintage dishes
